This repository is an unofficial, Alpamayo-inspired local validation project. It is not
affiliated with, endorsed by, or a release of NVIDIA Corporation.

## NVlabs/alpamayo

Parts of the local expert connection pattern and flow-matching implementation were derived
from or informed by [`NVlabs/alpamayo`](https://github.com/NVlabs/alpamayo), inspected at
commit `4b96c546ce3416e7b1e4d86e7649662852c3c1ac`.

## Models and datasets

The code references the Hugging Face checkpoint `thkim0305/qwen2.5_0.5B_vl` and the gated
dataset `nvidia/PhysicalAI-Autonomous-Vehicles`. Neither downloaded model weights nor raw or
processed dataset samples are redistributed here. Their respective repository terms and
licenses apply independently from this project's Apache-2.0 code license.

Users must obtain their own authorized access, review the applicable terms, and avoid using
this research smoke test for real-vehicle control or safety decisions.
